Hardwood floor repair

Replace damaged hardwood boards when you know how many need work.

Board repair replaces individual boards instead of the whole floor. It is the right job when a few boards are split, stained, or missing and the rest of the floor is sound.

The price is per board. The estimate asks how many boards need work. If you do not know the count, the site will not guess it, and it will not show a dollar amount. Count the boards you can see, or send photos and ask Mike to look.

A repair has to match the existing floor: species, width, thickness, and finish. Sometimes a board from the closet or from under an appliance is the best match. That is decided at the house, not from a form.

Water damage needs a closer look before a range is shown. A wet subfloor, cupping, or a soft spot can turn a few boards into a larger repair.

The range is not a contract. A visit confirms which boards actually need to be replaced. The current per-board rate is on the pricing page.
