Mike's Flooring installs vinyl plank as well as hardwood. The work covers a new floor in an empty room, and a replacement where carpet, laminate, or an old floor has to come up first.
Mike does not have a showroom. Most customers pick their vinyl plank at Baltimore Floor Works in Westminster, or at Lowe's or Home Depot. You can buy it yourself, or Mike can order the floor you picked.
The online estimate prices the installation labor from the size you enter. If Mike orders the flooring and you have its price per square foot, the estimate adds it with 10% extra for cuts. If you buy it yourself, the estimate tells you about how much to buy.
Removal is priced by what is already down: carpet, hardwood, or vinyl plank and laminate. Tile or anything else needs a look before removal is priced. Transition pieces are priced separately.
The range is not a contract. Water damage or an unknown size stops the calculator. A visit and a measurement set the final price. Current vinyl plank rates are on the pricing page.
